EDITORIAL POLICY
Useful content needs a visible method.
FridgeFox content is designed to answer real kitchen questions while being honest about product limitations and food-safety uncertainty.
Topic selection
We prioritize questions connected to a real kitchen decision and a real product workflow. We do not publish pages merely to target a keyword or create a doorway to the app.
Sources and review
Food-storage and safety claims should use government agencies, public-health institutions, universities, peer-reviewed research, or recognized international organizations. Product claims are checked against the current application code and visible experience.
AI use and authorship
Drafting tools may help organize research, but they do not replace source review, product verification, or human editing. Articles use the FridgeFox Editorial Team byline until named contributors and credentials are available.
Updates and corrections
Each article shows a published and modified date. We update content when product behavior, source guidance, or an important limitation changes. Send corrections to editorial@fridgefox.app.
What we do not publish
- Fabricated reviews, ratings, statistics, authors, or awards.
- Medical, nutrition, or food-safety certainty beyond the cited source.
- Generic mass-generated articles with no distinct search intent.
