What the app can process
FridgeFox may process account details, pantry ingredients, optional dates and quantities, scan uploads, household membership, billing identifiers, and support messages needed to provide the product.
How the product uses that data
Data is used to authenticate accounts, maintain pantry and household state, process scans and recipe matches, enforce plan limits, process billing, secure the service, and respond to support requests.
Choices and deletion
Account holders can request support, manage billing through the customer portal, and delete an account through Settings where available. Deletion and retention behavior should be confirmed against the production deployment and applicable law.
Third parties and security
Production may use infrastructure, payment, authentication, and AI providers configured by the operator. Provider names, retention periods, international transfers, legal bases, and contact details must be listed in the final reviewed policy.
