Clear expectations for using FridgeFox.
These terms describe the current product rules for accounts, AI-assisted kitchen features, subscriptions, and responsible use.
Accounts and access
You are responsible for accurate account information and for protecting access to your account. Private pantry and scanner features require an active paid plan under the current product rules.
Scans and suggestions
Photo recognition, pantry data, expiry reminders, and recipe matches are assistive product features. You remain responsible for reviewing detections, checking labels, allergies, nutrition, and food safety, and deciding what to eat or discard.
Paid plans and cancellation
Pro and Family plans are billed monthly or yearly through Stripe at the price shown before checkout. Subscription changes and cancellation are managed through the customer portal. Any taxes, refund rights, or mandatory cancellation rights that apply depend on the transaction and applicable law.
Acceptable use and changes
Do not abuse the service, upload unlawful content, attempt to access another account, or bypass plan limits. FridgeFox may update the product and these terms as the service changes.
