This product-facing terms draft is a starting point and must be reviewed by the operator’s legal counsel before production launch.
Accounts and access
You are responsible for accurate account information and for protecting access to your account. Private pantry and scanner features require an active paid plan under the current product rules.
Scans and suggestions
Photo recognition, pantry data, expiry reminders, and recipe matches are assistive product features. You remain responsible for reviewing detections, checking labels, allergies, nutrition, and food safety, and deciding what to eat or discard.
Paid plans and cancellation
Pro and Family plans are billed monthly or yearly through the configured payment provider. Prices, renewal terms, taxes, refunds, and cancellation rights must match the checkout and final legal terms.
Acceptable use and changes
Do not abuse the service, upload unlawful content, attempt to access another account, or bypass plan limits. The operator may update the product and terms with appropriate notice.
